• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Videos of installation of multiple TricLED LED products

Battery I ended up going directly to the battery for power and ground. Thought about wiring them so they could only be turned on if the high beams were on but decided against it. As it sets now I can turn them on to any intensity desired as long as the ignition is on. I used an angle setting...

Back in Oct 2015 I changed the oil in our 2014 RT Limited at 19,000 and change miles. We now have 28,000 and change miles on it and I am about ready to do the oil change. Back in June of this year I bought replacement drain plugs from http://www.drainplugmagnets.com/canamspyder.php. They are hex...

    Broken sway bar link

I need to step through the electrical schematic Should I have no further problems associated with this incident I will need to step through the schematics when I get home to see if I can understand just why F2 fuse was blowing. I agree it does not explain F2.

    Broken sway bar link

Found the problem Had the bike and trailer packed, ready to pull out of the motel parking lot to head home and decided to do a final walk around. Saw a bundle of two wires hanging a bit low and close to the inside of the right front wheel. Bent down to see this closer. Turns out there was a...

    Broken sway bar link

Good thought, but... The sway bar link that broke was on the right side. The upper connection of the link is on the under side of the lower suspension arm. The wiring from the fender light runs under the upper suspension arm... so I doubt that the breakage of the link could have clipped any...

    Broken sway bar link

Agree Totally agree. Proverbial needle in the haystack! Once I get back home I will put a charger on the battery to keep the circuits active without killing the battery. Then, using the wiring schematic and with a trouble light or a meter, I will start tracking both the running lights circuit...

    Broken sway bar link

Latest status on electrical issue Yesterday morning I removed the top rear body panel and removed enough screws to let the lower rear body panel hinge down. This gave me access to the screws securing the taillights, I removed them. I removed the final set of TricLED pigtails (they were in...

Brake switch, I agree, this needs checked If I can get the right front wheel up on a high curb so I can get under there to visual inspect the switch may show me something. A little squirt of lub may keep things working until I get back home. Thanks for the suggestion!

    Broken sway bar link

Here is the latest on out electrical problem(s) I copied my last post to Reggy at TricLED and he promptly responded. The recommendation was to disconnect the strips tied into brake/run circuits. I did this this morning. I disconnected the 3rd and 4th brake light kit, the top brake light kit...

On the road again Tip showed up in record time with his OEM links, ramps and tools. AWESOME!!! He even dove under the bike when I had trouble getting the bolt through the top connection. Seems I have a few other issues. The sway bar is not centered. Called Ron and he asked about the position...
