• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Can't imagine that there will be any major changes to the F3 for 2016. Probably some color changes and/or cosmetic but will most likely be the same overall. After the announcement of the 2016 models you could get a pretty good deals on the left over 2015's.

    Elka shocks - opinion sought

    I had Elka's on my 2010 RS for over 4 years and never needed any maintenance done. Ride quality was fantastic. If you have the basic BRP shocks I would say dump them as fast as you can. You will not regret it.

    Best way I know is try increasing the pre load a little at a time (1 or 2 turns each side) on both shocks and ride till you get it where it feels right. The fox shocks are far better than the old shocks so I don't think you can compare one to the other as far as settings go.

    They don't. I had to order the handle bars I wanted as well as the rods to adjust the pedels. I am sure that some dealers either builds the cost into the sales price or just eat the cost. The black handle bars are only about 149.00 and can't remember what the rods cost.

    The u-fit changes are not part of the initial cost. I suppose some dealers could throw it in and the different rods etc... are not expensive but the handle bars and rods are on your dime normally.
