• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have two bad legs and feet. Now, with both knees replaced this past year, now I suppose I should say two bad feet ... the knees are pretty good :D As a peripheral neuropathy sufferer I don't know if I can trust my feet. I wanted a manual shift but at the last minute changed my mind to the...

    Ramps for installing Rons Swaybar

I agree with motoswami. I used an ATV jack, two heavy duty jack stands and several 2x4 blocks to get enough height to get the old sway bar out. Nearly a 30 degree angle! It was a scary sight even though I had taken every safety measure imaginable

Keeping Accountability on the Way To Spyderfest

I believe the whole term "Type 2" in reference to the disease is unfortunate. Why couldn't the powers that be have picked a whole different term than "Type 2" anything? The whole Type 1 Diabetes and Type 2 as a disease having so very little in common. When I was diagnosed with Type 1 ...

    BahaRon Swaybar Rocks!

I put my Baja Ron's sway bar in myself last fall. I have two artificial knees and NO KNEELING order from my surgeon so any low down work is a PITA to say the least. That said, it was a fairly simple unbolt and bolt job all the while sitting on my butt beside the bike. The only problem I had...

    Show off your riding gear

I honestly cannot figure how anyone figures how a spyder is any "safer" in an accident than a motorcycle. Other than a accident at less than 5 miles per hour there is no difference. None. if you want a good subject lesson listen to this women (not in english sorry) ...

    Roadster Renovations saying goodbye!

How about someone making a clear cellophane pocket which we could use to put "paper bits" we need to reference often. Can't be to thick ... Like a ferry schedule or even the bike's registration and insurance doc's? A modified Ziploc sandwich bag seems possible.
