• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was thinking about it. It would look good with black panels since some of the parts are black already, However; it should be black in satin to match the finish on other panels. And here we go, back to square one.

    New Side panels

The fit of upper part of the side panel looks slightly different than in stock photo. It could be caused by missing black scoop insert. Did you close the frunk lid all the way. Other than that panels look like they belong there. Guess we have to wait for the final view with rest of the parts.

2014 panels will not fit? It doesn't concur with other reps statements brought here by other members. I guess that we have to try it to be sure. Looks like Carl is going to do very valuable recon for many of us. ...crossing fingers...

Magdave, You can always remove the fresh painted panels and keep them in full sun while the rest of the spyder is sitting in the garage, until colors even up. .....just a Polish idea....;)

I just found this supplier. Looks promising. http://www.uspaint.com/paints/spyder-aftermarket-paints.asp And another one. They have more generic stuff, but offer smaller amounts for touch-up. https://touchupdirect.com/

    New Side panels

I was contemplating about this upgrade for my 2013 RS-S, but in my case I would have to paint the panels alloy orange. I'm afraid that with after market paint it will be difficult to get the perfect match. Last time I checked, BRP didn't offer factory paint for sale.

I think that for the full conversion you'll need two additional panels. Looks like they go inside of the scoop. Part numbers: 705007329 left and 705007329 right. I may be wrong, but I'm afraid not.
