• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just out of curiosity how many people have hot foot problem

I ride in jeans or mesh pants over my jeans and my cowboy boots. I've not noticed any heat. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2

What size trailer for RT and Road King?

Spyder goes in first then his HD is staggered where the first wheel is beside the back wheel of the spyder. But, learn from our mistake! He has two eye bolts in the front that he ties the front tires of the spyder two. He then tied the back tire down. He thought he had it plenty tight, but...

    Push button frunk opener

A couple of months ago, we had started up and were ready to pull out when hubby wanted something from the frunk. I pushed the button but it didn't work. Had to turn the bike off and use the key to get him in. The next day I wanted in and pushed the button. It worked. Only thing different...

Teddy learned something New today, that I think we both could've lived w/o knowing

Oh, my goodness! I couldn't help myself, I had to google it. Yup, found it on the schematic. But did you know that the RS has TAMPON CAOUT. *PAD-RUBBER 705002359 Check Shipping & Availability >...

    Motorcycle Hand Gesture Question

Sometimes I wave down low. Sometimes I wave at shoulder height. Sometimes, if I'm hanging on during a curve, I might nod my head or lift my fingers off the handle bars while leaving my palm and thumb on to steer. And since spyders are rare around here, if I see one, I get so excited that I...

    Rider to passenger intercom

Another vote for the Sena headsets. We started out with FRS radios and a wired headset. My hubby absolutely hated holding down the button to talk and hated being attached with wires. Hated having to unplug to fuel up, etc. We got the sena about a year ago and we absolutely love them. He can...

    Dave & Teddy's Most Excellent Adventures 2012

We've got door handles like that. Our rat terrier will jump at the door and as she slides down, the handle slides down with her and unlatches. And if she gets the littlest crack, she will get her nose or paw and pull the door toward her. I'm betting that his how he is doing it. Hopefully you...

    Downshifting with SE5

When I slow down to the point that the rpms get to around 4,000, I downshift. Don't know if that is right or not, but that is what I do. :dontknow: At what rpms do most of you shift down at?

    Need help!

Oh, yeah, but not before I got that "over the top of his glasses" look while he was grinding his teeth! And of course, I didn't rub it in or anything! :ohyea:

    Need help!

This makes me think of when we bought our first spyder. We bought it used and hubby was driving it home while I followed him. We stopped for lunch and I took off, but he never left the parking lot. I turned around and he was hopping mad. Mumbling stuff about being sold a problem bike, etc...
