• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Side air deflectors

I removed the deflectors below the mirrors and added Baker Air Wings yesterday. It made a real difference. The Wings work great.

Hmm, that's how my hubby ended up with a new Road Glide. He went in for a bit of chrome and came away with a new bike. Of course then I got my Spyder! That's my kind of shopping trip. Congratulations!

Set your shocks to the 5 setting and it will make a tremendous difference in handling. So will more time in the saddle. Keep riding! :)

    Ryding tips...

Hubby and I freeze bottles of water solid and pack them in the trunk and they melt slowly. Icy water on a hot day is great! What other convenience items do you use?

    First Week On Three Wheels

I got my RT a week ago today and have put 650 miles on it. :ohyea: I'm much more comfortable with the handling. Adjusting the shocks to the #5 setting made a huge improvement. I'm still reaching for the clutch and front brake at times! I took a ride with multiple stops today and the bike...

    Riding gear

For cool to cold weather riding a set of Under Armour cold gear long underwear is wonderful. It is a very thin, lightweight layer that keeps you so warm and is very comfortable. It is about $100.00 a set but is very long wearing.
