• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    motorcycle road maps

Paper maps are useful and are available direct from Rand McNally's website www.randmcnally.com/ Using other sources like butler, Google maps, road atlas, a specific map can be made for each ride and it's good to save them for future ride planning.

    RT Limited Cup Holder

ISCI Accessory Mount This is the best I have found and it provides a perfect place to attach ram balls for anything you want to mount. I have the butler cup holder on one side and an iPhone holder on the other. Yes, they can fit one on the right side also.

    Spyder belt buckles

I woud take one if there were no insects or webs on it. A Spyder is a roadster not a bug. Perhaps it could say Can-Am Roadster? With or without an image.

    Cornering Tips for a Newbie

Some of your present 2-wheeler skills still apply. Turn your head as far into the turn as you can see. Not just your eyes, point your nose as far into the turn as possible. Brake, downshift, roll back on the throttle slightly (This stabilizes the suspension), turn your head, steer, and enjoy...

    Heat problem

Leave well enough alone Some things are best just left alone; particularly heat removal from the engine and cooling system. Blocking heat and hot air from an easy exit will only send the heat somewhere else. I noticed my cooling system Temp went up after installing the heat mods, etc. Took...

Just completed Street Masters Advanced Cornering Workshop

Ah, the nanny First time I ever experienced the nanny was during the U-Turn exercise; I began my u-turn and gave it full throttle; the nanny took over and gently completed the u-turn. Later on the track, the nanny kicked in on about 8 turns during the free-ride portion of the afternoon; the...

Just completed Street Masters Advanced Cornering Workshop

My Opinion Has Changed Oh yes, you can forget about that "Mastering The Twisties" post. I have spent the best of 8,000 miles perfecting a cornering and twisties method that worked for me but does not compare to the methods taught by Street Masters. I still believe there is no need for an...
