• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Nonfunctional CDI HMT

The module is good. I got it to work by moving the wires around. I'm not sure the break is right at the hinge. I suspect that it is up closer to or maybe right at the module and would be hard to wire around. I think that the wire harness is too stiff and that is one of the reasons for the...

    Nonfunctional CDI HMT

Right-o Bob. Wiggled the wires in hinge area around a little and it would come on and work fine until I moved the lid. So I will see if Pitbull/Lamonster Garage or some other vendor can install a new one at Spyderfest. Thanks. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Nonfunctional CDI HMT

I'll try moving that area of the wires and see if comes back on. The wires don't seem to be tight but there is not any loop. The wires go straight thru the hinge area. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Nonfunctional CDI HMT

I just noticed tonight that my Custom Dynamics HMT that was installed on my 2010 RT-S by Cowtown at Spyderfest 2011 is not working at all, no running or brake lights. I thought it was working earlier this spring but now nothing. Can this be replaced by the TricLED high mount light bar using the...

    Spyderfest 2014 Registration

We will be registering on site as I wasn't sure we were coming if the weather looked liked last year. As of today we are still planning being there on the 28th at the Lamplighter. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Latest Farkle

New mudflap by Tricled. It only took two trips to the hard where store. I didn't want the supplied shinny, plated bolt heads showing on the black fender so picked a set of black screw covers (end caps?) that I thought would work to the bolt heads. Only problem was after I got to assembling the...

    Earplugs

A year or so ago Motorcycle Consumer News published a test of all the different types ear plugs. They ended up recommending the orange soft foam tapered plugs. I bought an assortment of plugs from Aerostich for my own test. Ended the only ones that didn't make my ears soar under my helmet were...

    Can Am Oil

You can use any oil that meets the specifications spelled out in the owners manual. It is illegal for them to force you to use BRP's oil to maintain the warranty. I'm a dealer for Amsoil and have used their 10W40 MCF full synthetic motorcycle oil in all of the bikes I've owned including my'10...

    Charlotte and Surrounding

We (I) like the Charlotte area and I'm wondering about how many months during the year you can ryde your Spyder down there? We've been there several times in late March and early April and I thought the weather was great compared to what is like up here in NW Ohio for riding. What about the rest...

Utopia has quick-out bracket as an option. The install is pretty easy. The hardest part is getting the bolts aligned with the bracket holes with the seat on. https://www.utpr.com/moreitems.html Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
