• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2015 F3S SE6 TOURING Spyder mods

Jim, I am interested in putting Givi topcase and sidecases on my F3. In reading all the posts on what you have done it sounds like you had custom hardware made to get the cases attached. Would you be so kind as to list what hardware you were able to purchase and what needed to be fabricated? As...

    Cup Holders for F3

I've done a search and found numerous mention of cup holders, but nothing that is very helpful. So now I come to the people in the know! How's that for brown nosing? New Viking Saddlebags

I have a dumb question, but only because I'm dumb. ;) Are the bags low enough or far enough out of the way so that your passenger can mount easily and also have enough leg room. I warned you that it was a dumb question. Thanks!

    Spyder Sightings

Saw a yellow Spyder in my neck of the woods about 2:20pm today. Saw them about 4 miles east of the Black Oak Casino in Tuolumne CA. Not sure of the model as only saw them from the rear. Was not on the main road so was wondering if it's a local.

for you people with facebook, here is the unveil of the 16 f3

Reminds me of my hot rod days in my younger years. Built up engine and fancy wheels was all I could afford. Car was green, one front fender was red and one door blue. Sprayed the entire car with flat black primer. nojoke

Does anyone like the look of the Shamrock wheels?

Does it matter... I can't see my wheels while I'm ryding and while I'm ryding no one else can really tell which wheels I have. :joke:

Where did you get your "Handle"?

In grade school I hung out with the neighbor girl, Katie. My older brother decided to tease me by calling me Elmo Lucy Katie Lover. He still calls me Elmo Lucy from time to time. I named my truck Elmo and my Spyder Lucy. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    shift points

I shift when the engine sounds like it's ok to shift. For me that's around 3000RPM. Shift when you want, more aggressive higher rpm, less aggressive lower rpm. I think the key is to enjoy the ride and shift when you want. (Within reason of course.) Sent from wherever I am at the moment.

X-creen Tour saved my Blue Ridge

Big favor to ask... Would you be so kind as to measure from the top center of the handle bar mount to the top of the X-creen? I am 6"5" tall but I am all arms and legs and would like to compare to the F4 windshield as far and height goes. I have the Blue Ridge and my body is protected, but my...

Bob, with over 56,000 posts I am sure you offended someone, but hey... please don't stop posting. This is a great forum. I have run into the same type of people on the jeep forums and do my best to ignore them. And a big THANKS to Lemont for setting this site up.
