• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Detroit

Travel to Spyderquest Some good suggestions here Patti, but here is mine. I just returned from a cross-country tour that included much of the routes you will have to travel getting to Lake George. I assume you will be going south of Chicago, give it as wide a berth as possible. The Illinois...

    No Help In Kalispell

My story I just returned from a near 7,000 mile trip to the Canadian Rockies and several western parks. I needed an oil change in Rapid City, SD and called Rice Honda several days before I would arrive. This was right at the end of Sturgis. The fellow I spoke to was not very encouraging...

    Side car for RT?

Spyder Sidecar I just returned from a cross-country trip, and at a gas stop a gentleman came over to talk about the Spyder. He insisted that he had seen a Spyder with a sidecar, but he didn't know anything about it. You can take that for whatever it may be worth.

Great trip across MN and WI, but getting around Chicago was a disaster. Lots of construction on I-90 west of Chicago. I don't see how they charge a toll on that road considering the condition of it. Will cross MI tomorrow and then into Ontario. 5750 miles so far. Spyder has running great...

I was waiting when they opened and they got me in and out quickly, including a belt adjustment. Thanks Rice H-S. Weather looks great today to finish crossing SD and head...

Still going Left Pincher Creek and headed for Glacier NP. Going-to-the-Sun Rd. is awesome, but very crowded. All of the turnouts for photos were jammed with cars, and you could only stop if someone happen to pull out as you arrived. We did get to stop at Logan Pass and spent some time there...

Days 3 & 4 A poor wi-fi connection at the Super 8 in Thunder Bay, ON last night kept me from posting. 455 miles yesterday ended in Thunder Bay. Not the most interesting country from Cochrane to Thunder Bay, lots of trees. Only a brief shower passing through Hearst. ;) Continued west this...

Day One Made it to Mont-Laurier, QC. Pretty short day, but we got through Montreal without mishap. Apparently I'm as computer illiterate as BLUEKNIGHT911 , when it comes to uploading pictures. Not a good day for pictures anyway. I've posted pictures from my digital camera but not from my...
