• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Too many lights? Too bight?

the lights are high(er) but I've never been flashed by any on-coming vehicles. I'm still looking through the oHIo Revised Code for the numbers info. I did find a reference on how far/high they can be aimed but still nothing on the numbers. I will lower them a bit but not factory.

    Too many lights? Too bight?

My Spyder is an RT limited. Setting: Driving on Base and stopped at a red light. The road is 2 lanes and 2 directions. The light is at the top of a crest and moving forward, I’ll be heading down an incline (not really a hill per say). Light turns green and I take off. Since it’s on base, I...

2013 RT Limited Fuze Block Location?

Thanx for the info but I have battery terminals on the left side and there's no room for a fuse block of any size there. Although the PDM60 is a lot smaller than the FuzeBlock so that may make finding a spot easier.

2013 RT Limited Fuze Block Location?

I'm going to end up (in the future) installing the Fuze Block. From what I've read, most install it on the left side below the light. However, I can't since the '13 has a set of battery terminals there. When I had the Tupperware off the front to install the air horn, I don't remember...

Baker Built Air Wings... Who uses them?

I had them on my Wing and it was the first mod I did to the Spyder. During the last week, I've ridden in 25 - 35 degree weather and they help deflect the air off the legs.

    Honk If You're.....

It does. I bought the optional harness. It plugs into original horn wires, air horn, and battery. Also has a fuse and relay. Makes that part of the installation simple. Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T using Tapatalk HD

Cheap or No Cost Protection to keep From Losing Panels

A trick I use on grommets is to add a little spittle to them. This way they wont push the rubber out when replacing the panel.

Do You Carry a Gun When You Ride

We all (Wife, Son, and myself carry. I carry on the bike although it's a little more difficult; especially with cold weather gear on. There's many times I find myself out in a "one horse town" or even areas where someone could easily run up to the bike. The military has always taught me to be...

    A Bit Chillly This Morning...

Rode in to work at 25 degrees this AM. Gotta Love the heated grips and seats! The ride home will be more enjoyable as temps should be in the upper 50s (according to the weather guessers that is)
