• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    SPYDERFEST 2013 "The New Adventure"

Spyderfest 2013 New ryder (well, four months) and I'm coming to Spyderfest 2013! Google Maps says it's 1019 miles and 15 hours, so that translates to 2days, 18 hours, and, hopefully, 1019 miles (if I don't take too many detours) Look forward to meeting bunches of fellow Spyder ryders there! We got one!

Congrats on the new ryde! All I can say is "Whoever invented heated hand grips should be be granted Sainthood" My grips were a lifesaver when I ran to Winston-Salem for my 600 mile service on Election Day. 31 degrees when I started, 45 degrees when I arrived at my dealer.

I ran my first mission within two weeks of picking up my Spyder I am not a vet, having missed out on the draft lottery in the Vietnam era but my father served in Naval Aviation in...

    Lets Take a Moment

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers Well, Sandy has made landfall, and nearly six hours later, she (it) is still producing significant winds. **** "DO'S & DO NOTS" for NEW SPYDER OWNERS... ****

Thank the Lord for this thread! I've had my RT-Limited for three weeks now, and received a fairly extensive intro by my salesman. At least I felt fairly confident setting off on a 300 mile trip home. I had a Honda 350 in college ( a long time ago) and thankfully had forgotten how to ride a...

I have been lurking on this site for almost two years now, and finally pulled the trigger on my 2012 RT Limited, Lava Bronze/Tan seat on 10/2/12. Flew to Winston-Salem, NC and drove my baby back 250 miles to its new home in Culpeper, VA. I managed to add another 100 miles so far, and look...

Spyders on the Skyline - Saturday 20 october 2012

Spyders on the Skyline Greetings from a new ryder, as I will be flying to Winston-Salem on Sunday to pick up my new RT Limited. Something else to consider, UVA has a home football game in Charlottesville that day, and speaking as a season ticket holder, traffic will be difficult, at best...
