• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Agreed. Its just not possible for them to be able to take that time, however I have read more than on one occasion situations of dealers brushing off customers who do the research in advance on forums like this to help the initial diagnosis. Not all dealers seem to be willing to ​listen.

    That is the great thing about forums. Dealers could learn a heck of alot about the vehicles they sell as well as their customer base if they spent just a little bit of time here reading up. Unfortunately I don't think enough of them do.

    BINGO !! If the shock had an internal floating piston to separate the oil from the nitrogen gas, then it would not be an issue. If the customer is riding with his shocks upside down and hasn't noticed how bad of a ride he has, then.....I'm not sure what to say.:dontknow:

    If anything, you would want to first reduce some of the preload since the leverage ratio has changed. If you can wait until Spyderfest, I will be there to take care of all of that for you if you'd like.

    Ouch... I think what Lamont meant ( correct me if I am wrong Lamont), is that Can Am did some engineering homework and made some changes to the suspension pick up points for the shocks mounts to help eliminate some of the suspension weaknesses that are ever so present on the previous models...
