• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i would like to see this jerk do this in new york

Okay here is your sign <<<< STUPID >>>> A lot of the "bobbies" don't carry guns, so I guess he figured he was pretty safe. In the US, he'd be sporting a toe-tag, a nice white sheet and a body temperature of about 36 deg. F. What an idiot...

My First Ride with the New F3-S

Whereabouts in IA are you? I got mine in the middle of October (Griimes dealer) and didn't get that many miles on it before having to quit for the Winter. Am really looking forward to maybe an early Spring and getting back on it again. :doorag:

My First Ride with the New F3-S

Coming from a 2-wheel motorcycle, my first miles were spent "unlearning" a few natural habits; but soon each trip out added to my overall confidence and 3-wheel skills. Sadly I only got a little over 500 miles on the :spyder2: before it was time to put it up for the winter. I am really hoping...

First Come the Snow, Then Comes the Salt/Brine

Woke up to a fresh 4 or 5" of snow this morning - in the central part of Iowa. Even more North of me. Super cold temps (5 or 6 deg. F) right now (Sat. night) so what little melting we got earlier today is now rock solid. Lots of packed snow and slippery spots on the roads right now. :gaah...

    The Morning Thread

Merry Christmas... Morning y'all.... Five to 6 inches of new snow came down last night. Areas about an hour North got 10 to 12... :yikes: Temp this morning is a balmy 21 deg. F with a windchill that makes it feel like 6. :gaah: ....guess the :spyder2: will stay under her blanket with the...

    Newbee

Welcome. I did almost the exact same thing a little over a month ago... traded in my H-D Fat Bob. Got just enough miles on the :ani29: to know that I hope we have a short Winter (and an early Spring) so I can get back out on it. You will enjoy the new ryde.:doorag: Thank you for your...

    Centre of Attention

Yup, I know what you mean. The F3s gets plenty of attention, especially since I have the only one in a town of 26K. I've heard there is an RT on the other side of town, but I've never seen it out and about. For exercise, I also ride a Bacchetta Giro 26, which is a recumbent bicycle, and it...

    Br windshield or route 129???

The resultant value of "any" windshield is highly "subjective" and is directly related to individual expectations of what a particular WS should provide. :lecturef_smilie: Hence, a small WS designed to compliment a "sporty" bike will never provide a large envelope of dead air around a driver...

Is the F3 worth 7-10k more than a RSS to you?

Try b4 you decide... Have not ridden the RSS, but my F3s is great. Really enjoy the ryde. :doorag: If you get a chance, really should ryde both of them - but I think you will favor the F3.

    OHHHH YEAHHHH!!!!

Got my F3s really late in the year. What few miles I got on it were great  Weather has turned to crap here in the Midwest, so just recently put it under wraps, and on the tender. Can't wait for an early Spring so I can get it back out. You will love it! :congrats:

Getting cold - How do you enjoy riding in the chilly weather?

If you are going to ride in the cold weather - you will need layered clothing and/or heated "thingys" on the Spyder. As for me, here in the Midwest, I already got some extra riding time here in November; miles that I don't usually get. :ohyea: Now with rain the last few days, and the 15-day...

They just came in! Here is a sneak peak of our 16 F3-S Special Series!!

I came from several years on two wheels, and found the exact same thing you did. It was several miles before I quit reaching for "phantom" clutch and brake levers. Having never ridden a snowmobile or a jetski, I had a few things to unlearn - but actually, I found the "learning" process a lot...

    It's Closing In On Us...
