• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Is a warranty that crucial?

    I have never been a big warranty buyer I the past but decided to buy the BRP warranty and have never looked back. Think it was $1,100 for an additional 3 years. Even if you sell early...it will be helpful.

    Helmets.... what do you run and why do you like it?

    We really like the fit and feel of the Arai helmet. As Scotty said above....the cheek pads may need some work....mine we too tight but my wife's were just right. I would highly recommend them. Your dealer can measure your head form theses as well to ensure the best fit.

    We had a similar experience and simply took a ride toward the dealership and ended up there close to the 600 mile mark. Fortunately the dealership is only about 10 miles for our home...obviously have heard stories of other Spyderlovers having to travel much further to dealership...maybe you...
