• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cop Rear Ends Motorcycle + 2013 Kawasaki ZX-6R Stuntbike

That officer was being a real d*&k. Usually they think the guy on the bike will be riding like a maniac and here was a guy playing it safe and he gets grief for it. Figures.....

    Mirror come apart

;)Mystery solved. I really would opt for something less permanet if you are able. Never know when you might need to get into the mirrors..... I took mine apart when adding turn signal indicators and was pretty fearful of breaking those tabs. Had thoughts about what I would do if I did...

    Mirror come apart

:banghead: It's been a long day so I really missed that obvious question..... As for gluing, do so only if you never want to take them apart again. I would opt for something less permanent if it were me.....maybe a small black screw or two...?

    Customer service rant

Good post. People may not always remember what you did or said but they will always remember how you made them feel. To me that is the essence of understanding great customer service.

New 2013 RT owner and not happy at all.

IMHO this is a dealer issue. BRP has put out the fix and they should have made sure this machine was right before delivery. When I had my issues the dealer bent over backwards to pick the bike and up deliver it back to me. That is what a great dealer does. "Service after the sale." Might...

    Cutting Antenna

Yes it is torqued on there pretty tight. I had a hell of a time getting mine off as well. :banghead:Ended up using two small nosed vise grips, one on the nut, one on the metal above it and using them together finall got it loose. It takes some patience. Then get the Wally World one. Looks...

    ARMRESTS FOR MY '12 RT

I have the Diamond R's and wife loves them. Sounds like Corbins are good too. Based on various threads I have read I would recommend trying both out if you can find the opportunity as height can affect the comfort on long trips. As for safety, my wife is pretty cautious and the swing out...

Still having steering problems after alignment on 2013 RTS SE5

I think my ignorance is about to show but why would you want to engineer a vehicle in such a way that the rider's weight will affect the alignment?:hun: I know overloading trucks, etc has adverse effects but this seems wrong to me...:dontknow:

Still having steering problems after alignment on 2013 RTS SE5

I am very sorry to hear about the problem you are having. I had a catastrophic engine failure on the third day of ownersip (very rare) and BRP did make it right. Stay in regular close contact with your BRP rep and dealer and they should make it right for you. Did you ask if you could use a...
