• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Pricing

Another vote for imotorsports here. Just bought a 2018 F3S from them yesterday. I'm in the process of transferring funds now and doing paperwork. The price on the website, plus a $179 doc fee, was the OTD price. No assembly, no dealer fee and, best of all, NO BS WHATSOEVER! They will ship it to...

    Question about imotorsports

Thanks for all the input folks.. Based on everyone's recommendations we went ahead and pulled the trigger! Doing the email exchanges now for the paperwork. We ended up getting a 2018 F3S for the wife in yellow, I'll be riding the 2018 black F3S we share now.. This really couldn't be easier...

Thanks for the reply Ex-Rocket. Can you describe a little about how the transaction went down if it's not too personal? How was payment handled? How long on shipping etc? Thanks again!

Hey all, Wanted some input on dealing with imotorsports. Looking to make a cash deal on a new F3S. Anyone had any dealings with these folks and able to offer any advice? As always.. thanks in advance....

    Possible purchase of 2015 F3S

Well, so much for that. Turns out the seller let the deal blow up. Lost a cash buyer over a few hundred dollars. Oh well, this one wasn't meant to be... on to the next!!

    Possible purchase of 2015 F3S

Hey folks, Found a sweet deal on a 2015 F3S with only 2,400 miles on it and am thinking of pulling the trigger on this one for the wife. We've got a 2018 F3S right now and I'm just curious what the differences might be. Is the 2015 the same as the 2018 as long as they're both the F3S? Would they...

    What to buy/2 Spyder family

Hi folks, Coming to the experts once again. We are getting ready to become a 2 Spyder family! We bought our F3S new last fall and love it! After almost 3,000 miles we are now both confident and I can say we have "learned to ride". We are currently saving to buy a second Spyder (either I will...

    Snyder storage

Thanks for the replies so far folks, please keep them coming! Yes, I do want to keep the second Spyder at home for every day use. I'm curious about the shelter logic storage system. How durable and user friendly was it?

    Snyder storage

Hi all, Looking for some advice on storing a second Spyder. Right now we've got both vehicles and our current F3 in the garage but there isn't room for the second F3 we are planning on getting (nice problem to have right?). I really don't want to keep my truck outside, always been garaged its...

Windshield. F4 or Madstad? Vent or not?

I've got a Madstadt on our F3S and its awesome! We've got Schuberth c4 helmets with the sc1 communications system and have no problem hearing them.

Am I meeting something here about the oil

@Leland, the incentive to do a correct setup is that the dealer is charging US as customers. A few weeks ago I asked for a quote from my local dealer and got a $400 freight add on (for a bike I was sitting on while we were talking). This was to "cover shipment from the factory to the dealer"...

    Ryker Issue Alert!

Have to agree here. Isn't this being passed on to us as customers as part of the 'prep charge'? Even if BRP missed it, the dealer should have caught it for sure (reference my above post concerning the pre delivery inspection process).

    Ryker Issue Alert!

Wow! An issue to be sure, but ultimately isn't this on the dealer? Allow me to explain. I was a GM dealer tech for 26 years and, on every new car we received there was a "pre-delivery inspection" during which the entire car was inspected by us (the technician). All accessories were added...

Passenger seat not fitting properly (MY2018)

Hello BRP care... Would this offer apply to ours too (see above post)? We will be taking it in for its first service soon, within a few months anyway and will most likely get "they're all like that" when I mention it to the dealer. Other than a poor connection at the left headlamp that I fixed...

Passenger seat not fitting properly (MY2018)

We have a 2018 also and noticed the same thing. Just assumed that's the way it is. We have the BRP drivers backrest on ours and it's worse with it installed. Better when removed but still an issue.

HowTo: BUDS diagnoses no contact in start button - my DIY Fix!

Great write up and fix! Just curious where and how do you purchase the BUDS system? I'm sure we're talking about some sort of computer diagnostic program correct? As a former GM master tech I'm familiar with their system (now running 30-40 computers) per vehicle. How is the interface between the...

    Oh the fog....

Yeah, just that. So being new to this whole Spyder thing we are going thru our first fall/winter season. Not cold enough to stop riding yet but definitely cold enough to experience the dreaded "visor fog". We are both using Bilt Route model helmets which, unfortunately, do not work with the...

2018 F3 Limited handle bar not centered

100% sure this is an alignment issue. Doesn't matter if it goes straight down the road or not. As a GM master tech I've done thousands of alignments, the last step is CENTER the steering wheel (in your case handlebars) and set the toe by turning the tie rods. Make them fix this... it's a...
