• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    gas tank issues on new 2016 f3

    I spray a Teflon spray on the rubber washer and then on a rag and wipe around the inside of the tank area. I do this about once a month and it has stopped the hard closing gas cap issues.

    JC, I just installed LED's from TricLED on my headlights. I am curious as to how you got the wiring in the large rubber boot that goes over the rear of the headlight assembly....did you cut a hole in the side of it for the wiring to come out?

    Mike, Are you using the large or small on your F3? My cannonball seat is 14.5 wide but the large is 14 inches long which would hang over the tank area......if I go with the small it is only 11 x 11 so won't touch the tank area but a little narrow..... Suggestions??

    Gas cap

    I noticed below someone indicated fumes and vacuum as a possibility. I notice when and if I fill my tank almost to the top it is extremely hard to almost impossible to close but if I do not almost over fill my tank I have zero issues. I also sprayed a little silicon spray too.
