• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Love Plasti Dip lol

They say that it can last up to two years on wheels. It kind of depends on where it is and how much abuse it takes. Even if it only lasts a year, I can just peel it off and shoot it again. As for tricks, this guy knows them all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otCtkVePX_0

    No buyers remorse here.....

Fond Memories. I had almost 35k miles on the 2010 RS-S in four years of ownership (bought it in 2011). I had been through a lot with that bike and it still brings a smile to my face when I think about the old times. But that was the past... My F3 is the future, and what damn fun future it is...

What Type of Helmet Do You Wear?

I have 5 helmets ranging from a police issue half helmet to a Shoie full face. My favorite is this: Almost always go full face.

    Love Plasti Dip lol

Spray it on! One of the things on my list. Make mine white. I am also thinking of shooting the blade rim shiny parts white as well.

Question for all the people unhappy with factory F3 saddle bags.

For me it is only the bags. Having an opening on the top of the bag almost ensures some water will get in. Not to mention the rubber seals themselves are poorly installed. The locks are a pain but I have read that some graphite will help. I think the worst is that if they would have just made...

    Police get it right

I bet the raised the rev limiter for these. Now we have to just wait a couple years to see if they show up at a public auction!

    Waving etiquette

From the original article: "They formed the Wave Hard And True Biker Society. Abbreviation: WHAT-BS." That about sums it up. Myself... I usually go for the head nod or just put up a peace sign without taking my hand off of the handlebar. Safety first kids!

Fellow Spyder Riders Help Me With Hip Pain While Riding Our New Spyder

Wallet was my issue. It used to happen to me a lot. Now that I only ride with Kevlar lined cargo pants, I put my wallet in the cargo pouch. It has really helped. I still get a twinge every once in a while but nowhere near as often or as bad. I like the pants so much I pretty much wear them...

Tried EZ-Pass in Frunk without success

I used to do that to, Now I just leave the thing home and let them get my plate from the picture. If I am coming to a toll with a gate, I pick the ez-pass only lane and scoot through right behind a cage.

    Thank you BRP for.....

I will never approach that kind of MPG. I am to busy counting "One Mississippi, Two Mississippi..." when the light turns green.

F3 saddle bag hinge remove for paint.

Chrome vs White: So you want to paint your BRP saddlebag chrome hinge… here we go: First you need to know that the easiest way is to remove the cover. That is the part with the lock. Looking at the opened bag from the side shows you the retaining nuts, the bolts are on the inside: They...

    Got Bags - Almost Done.

If they did, I will be happy for the people who get better ones and pissed at BRP for charging me $1200 for something that really should have cost no more than $250. Even the rubber seals are poorly installed. One of mine is actually missing a bolt. They come pre-assembled so it was bad Q/A on...

    Got Bags - Almost Done.

The first one was a pain to take apart but I quickly learned. The second one was much easier. They are real deal chrome plated metal. I was surprised how heavy they were. Good thing Platsi-Dip sticks to anything. I took a couple pics on the second disassembly and I will post them in later...

    F3 passenger extended comfort

It kind of depends on what she is used to and other factors. I know women that can be on the back of a sport bike all day long, but I also know women that are used to a Road Glide Ultra and would never step foot on a something with less seat padding and back support. The only real way to know...

    2016 Spyder...what's your guess?

Stock LED lights that are still reflectors all around! (oh wait, that won't happen... it's a nice dream though) A rom flash that raises the rev limiter just a little bit? The 1330 can do so much more! (oh wait, that won't happen... ) I am already out of ideas so I will just continue to love...

    Got Bags - Almost Done.

Thanks. I am still getting used to it, I didn't realize how high the gauge cover was until I shot it white. When it was semi transparent it blended in more. Now it looks like a skull or a helmet on top. I might shoot the rails under it but I am going to hold off for a little till I get used to...

    Got Bags - Almost Done.

They are the way over priced BRP bags. I just don't like chrome much so I made the chrome hinge part white.

    Got Bags - Almost Done.

Well, I finally got the saddle bags and I touched them up over the weekend. I still need to LED the back and maybe add a few more touches but this is how she looks now: I'll put up a couple extra pics and change the Sig pic soon.

Bullying on our boards will be dealt with when reported

Anonymity In the end it simply comes down to individual humans and how they would act if they knew no one could see them. The vast majority of people act in a civil manner in a public setting. They do so because society has taught them that not acting civil has consequences. The least of...
