• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Puddle of oil on the ground.

Gonna have to watch this service department. Update to my puddle of oil on the ground post. Checked my receipt for the oil change service this morning. There it is. I was charged for 4 quarts of oil. I take it in Fri. to repair the limp mode state it is in and a discussion about it's puking...

Puddle of oil on the ground.

Today upon checking the oil level on my Ryker 600, after pulling and replacing the dipstick, I had to clean up a big spill under the bike. Probably at least 3 ounces of oil. The oil level reads very much overfilled, but it was last changed 3 mos. ago by my dealer. I checked the level twice...

Limp mode and fault code problem.

For the second time in 3 mos. my Ryker 600 has gone into limp mode, flashing a code of 155 or 1SS, hard to tell. The last time the dealer couldn't figure out what caused it. They took 3 days, cleared the codes and sent me on my way. Today, I thought I should at least check the oil to rule...

Possible trade my F3S for your Rally?

My hips are calling out to me to consider trading my 2015 F3S for a Rally. It is in excellent condition with 7k miles on it. I also own and ride a Ryker 600 and a Sportster Trike with no agony. I guess the girth of the F3 is making my ride miserable. If I get no action on a trade I will...

How difficult is changing the reverse lever postion on your Ryker?

It couldn't be easier. Remove the bolt, tap a flat screwdriver into the slot, just til it wiggles, slide it off and reposition it 20 to 30 degrees rearward. Piece of cake.

    Shift handle for Rykers

I just moved my shifter back about 30 degrees and it works great. I never have to move it with my hand. It took about 15 minutes. Just loosen the bolt, lightly tap a sharp flat screwdriver into the shifter slot and you'll be good to go.

Positive Camber on my Ryker 600 -- Warranty?

I ran 25 rear and 17 front for nearly 5k miles. A few hundred miles ago I raised it to 28 rear and 25 front. The ride is much improved.

Positive Camber on my Ryker 600 -- Warranty?

Yes, I assumed I had excessive toe-in. Very much so on the right side because the tire was worn so badly on the outside half of the tire. The left side wasn't worn quite as bad on the same outside portion. Not knowing how much adjustment was needed I just spun the tie-rods one full turn inward...

Positive Camber on my Ryker 600 -- Warranty?

I might have come into something here. My garage floor has rubber/vinyl interlocking tiles. Today I was pushing the Ryker around before going after the caster alignment. Well, I could hear definite screeking from the front tires. Just like rubber soled shoes on any hard flooring. Wait a...

    Ryker reverse tip/trick

Hey Guys, thanks for this thread ! I've been avoiding using reverse for a long time because it was such a pain to use the shifter. I just removed it easily by tapping a screwdriver into the slot of the shifter and it came right off. I moved it about 20 degrees back and now life is good again...

Ryker 900 stock spring adjustment. (Help)

They are both set at #1. That is the softest ride position. I own a 600 and I set my rear spring at #5 for a better ride even though I don't ride two up....

Positive Camber on my Ryker 600 -- Warranty?

Yesterday I backed my 600 into the garage for the first time in my year of owning it. What a shock when I had a clear, bright, look at my front tires. I have a little over 5k miles on it and the front tires are nearly bald on the outside half of both tires. Shortly after I took delivery of it...

Newby Ryker owner learning things every time I use it.

As far as having to scooch the rear tire over a little bit... A single "wheel jack" works wonders in tight spaces, be it a garage or trailer.

Tell Tell Signs between 600 and 900?

I think the biggest difference is the 900 Ryder gets to know the folks at the Chevron better.

Ryker rear shock adjustment on 600 ACE

For the first few thousand miles I was slamming over potholes and bumps unavoidably with my rear tire on my 600 Ryker and figured the rough slam could only be helped by upgrading the rear shock. The manual says the rear shock setting is at #1 for single riders weighing less than 200 lbs. I...
