• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Handlebar rotation?

    rotated down rotated down about 2 " gone is the tingling in my wrist . Better angle for that . I'm 5'9" so it will be different for everyone , cheap fix :yes:

    # 4 position

    Just moved rider footpegs up tp position # 4 , very happy with results . I am 5' 8" with a 29" inseam . Am now able to stretch my legs out and puts the brake peddle at a much better angle for my toes to reach , seems like a whole new ride :ohyea:Was thinking of floorboards but will put that...

    Approaching 1000 miles ...... so far the stock seat on my F3 T fails the 100 mile numb butt test ,:( just as any stock new bike seat I have had . Thinking of AirHawk pads . Have been checking MPG and am very happy , am seeing approx 32 / town and 47 / road trip riding two up , becoming more fun...

    The dealer plate was on there with wingnuts and when I unscrewed the reflector screws the wingnuts just dropped to the floor , I thought there must have a set screw in there , the hole in the fender does go all the way through and you need to get a nut behind the hole to start a screw ....but...

    This is such a dumb thing to me but ....:yikes: yesterday I finally got around to mounting my license plate and frame . The space between the rear tire and the fender is VERY tight , now my arms are not that fat but holding the nut to fit the screw was not very easy :gaah:Even jacked up the rear...

    a quick question for new f3 owners

    A bit off comparo .... The nearest bike I have had to compare to the F 3 T was a Honda ST 1300 . Yes two wheels and styling with intergrated bags , very fast but totally different beast . The F 3 is so much more in all ways ..... and with an extra wheel and much more comfort and balance...

    oh yes Ok :duh: Read the manual on page 51 , and the sticker under the seat . Huge difference in ride with air in the shock ! Something I took for granted the dealer would have set up , or at least told me about . Lessen learned . Thanks again for all :spyder2: lovers who dwell herein :bowdown:

    Wondering what PSI I should be running the rear shock on my F 3 T with a passenger on . The manual is no help , doesn't even mention the rear shock being air adjustable :dontknow:
