• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I need to find an alternative to the dealership for routine maintenance

Rockford, eh? I live about 25 miles or so south of you. Where did you buy your Spyder and where have you been taking it for service? There are two dealers in our area, right? Well, if you call Woodstock our area that is. I bought mine from iMotorsports in the Chicago area. Fortunately for...

Does it matter which way an Asymmetrical tire is installed on the rear of a Spyder?

Look this tire up at Tirerack.com and see what's what there. The specs should state if the tire is directional or not. In my experience, directional tires have some sort of indicator for the direction of travel. An arrow or a chevron of some type.

Your Weather News @ May 2026 Edition

Crazy weather 'round these parts! It's not often that we go from running the furnace to running the AC on consecutive days. How about going from the furnace to the AC and then back to the furnace within 4 days? And don't even get me started on the wind! The wind has been insane here! It's been...

Anyone going back and forth from their Spyder to a motorcycle?

I'm also on two and three wheels. As others have said, you don't unlearn your two wheeled riding skills just because you're riding/driving something else. On two wheels, muscle memory takes over for me. I bought my Spyder in 2024 and I still find myself reaching for the clutch lever. Here's...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I wasn't debating or suggesting that she not use regular. I was just asking if that's what she used.

    Something new in helmets!

I like it! One thing though, in the article they speak of the ease of removing the helmet in the event of a crash. I can see how much easier it would be to remove the helmet and perhaps save the poor guy's neck. BUT, imagine you're a first responder and you've never seen a helmet like this...
