• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    LESS THAN PERFECT

A couple of days ago, I posted that I had a couple of sets of RT SE5 Seal Floorboards that had some scuffing on the underside. They will fit all yrs. of the RT. I can't sell them as perfect. The top is perfect and you will never see the scuffs once installed. I have one set left and will...

    Why so quiet?

Boy, do I know what you me about "keeping sane". The only time I really feel physically normal is when I'm on my Spyder. No "disabilities", just the wind and the joy of riding. It takes a lot to keep us down when we love riding. Ride i comfort, John

Steering in corners is killing me.......

I totally agree with your turning tips. I found that with my Seal Floorboards I could move my feet around to get into that "perfect position", especially when going into a high speed turn. On my 2009 RS, I also put on a HeliBar raiser....5" up and 2" back. It made a huge difference for my...

Hi all, When my last batch of RT Seal Floorboards arrived from the powder coater two sets arrived with some scuffs on the bottom side. The powder coating is in tact, but I can't sell them as A-1 Quality.. The top side is perfect and you will never see the scuffs once they are mounted. I'm...

    Need Some Suggestions

I couldn't sit comfortably on any spider with pegs. The F3 was the hardest for me. I started out with a 2009 RS SE5, I loved the Spyder "concept" but just didn't sit right and had trouble getting on and off. I have two bad knees and some real balance issues. I designed the Seal Floorboards...

    Seal Rear Tote Rack

Those 3" wrap circles should work just fine with the suction cups. Think I'll check with the local wrapper who did mine and see about getting them cut to include in the kit. Thanks for the idea. Ride in comfort, John

    Seal Rear Tote Rack

It's important that the tie-down is tight. this keeps anything from moving and possibly scuffing the surface. BTW, I have my Spyder wrapped, including the trunk. The suction cups work great on a wrap. Ride in comfort, John

Hi, I had a Silver 2011 RT SE5 and loved it. Check it out on my website. I lovesd that bike. My only words of wisdom is to keep your RPM's up:lecturef_smilie:. I always wanted to shift early because of the engine revs. Your 990 Rotex engine loves to run at high RPS's. I eventually burned...

Any easy way to get air into rear tire?

Thanks for the reminder. Mine has been sitting for 6 mo. and I can't remember the front and rear tire pressure (I have a car tire in back). Help! I'm lazy and go to any one of the tire shops in town and they gladly do it for free. Old and gimpy has it's advantages. ride in comfort, John
