• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What Type Gerbing Hookup is needed for '22 RT?

I use this type Coax Jack (https://www.thewarmingstore.com/warm-n-safe-dc-coax-jack-panel-mount-with-6in-coax-plug-cable.html) on my F3T which is now being traded on a '22 RT. Is this hookup also ideal for the RT, or is there something else more suitable? I don't yet have the RT; just...

Any insights on removing the rear seat on an F3-T?

Sounds like the cable has come undone at the latch which on the rear of the seat. Hopefully someone will come up with a way to get it off so that you can see what the prob is.

Looking for Gerbing type Port that is spring loaded

Can anyone point me to a similar "port" which has a spring loaded cover? I've had this kind in years past and the cover tended to break off. Have also had one spring loaded but can't remember where I got it. I'm not concerned about the plug in wire shown below; just the port itself...

15 fronts, 16 rear ...Vred's all around. They are a bit firmer than OEM's and I like as comfortable a ride as possible.

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Until seeing that chart by Gerbing I never thought about it. I did use a Gebing wire with no ill effect for past two years. Thanks for chart...with check the fuse to see what is in it.

Did you consider a Piaggio MP3 before getting a Spyder?

Give it a good test ride; I think you'll like it. They offer a bit more stability than 2 wheelers. Rode with a group of scooter riders (mostly 400 and 650 Burgmans) for several years and one of our best riders rode the MP3. All of these "scooters" easily handle interstate speeds.

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Deanna, thanks for Web site....they stock Gerbing which are made to work with my jacket and seem to have all sizes. Have bookmarked the site and may order a pair. Sorry, no idea of Jacket wattage but have used it for years with Controller hooked directly to the battery, then a wire from...

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Much appreciate the feedback. They are very nice gloves and I'm disappointed that I can't use them with my Gerbing jacket. Not wishing to have more wires, in addition to my present controller on the handlebars, I'll return the gloves or sell them on line.

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Both 12V. I'm thinking because the Hotwired gloves a made with built in low/med/high switch on each glove, made to be wired directly to a battery, that the Gerbing controller cycling on/off disrupts the current flow to the switch, turning it off....or somesuch. Donno.......

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Bought a set, the type with a button on top that can be set on low, med, and high. Assumed they would work connected to my Gerbing jacket wires, powered via the Gerbing controller. Found out today that they do not....or at least I couldn't make them work. They would flash, on high, with...

Who Out There Has Gotten The Replacement Sprocket?

Cobwebs, with over 60 years of riding, I think I'm qualified to determine what is safe for me; that's not your call. The point of having a good used one, is to not be stuck in the boonies, or elsewhere, until I can get a new one. Also, don't see the correlation of a "worn out Kenda" to my old...
