• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Bike Barn?

I bought a Shed-in-the-box from Tractor Supply (http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/shelterlogic-shed-in-a-box-12-ft-x-12-ft-x-8-ft-peak-style-storage-shed-gray) for less than the price they quote for the trike shelter in the original post. I do go and brush the snow off after each storm...

    Just past 10K!

Out for an ice cream ride this afternoon with the wife and passed the 10,000 mile mark on the '14 RT. We are very pleased with our choice to purchase the Spyder... just passed our 10 month anniversary with it, so 10K is not too bad considering the 4 (plus) months of serious New England winter...

    Shell gasoline

Has anyone else noticed a difference in gas mileage between brands? With Gulf and Mobil I average 39-40 MPG (on my 2014 RT). When I run Shell for a couple of tanks I jump to 43, and with the last tank was up to 45 mpg without changing the way I ride. (And this is NOT with the ECO mode on). Bob

    Iron Butt Rally

    Another ECO question

I put about 3K on my new 2014 RTS in the 8 weeks I had it before winter showed up, and as was mentioned earlier in the thread, I only saw a difference of 1 mpg when using the ECO. I decided to leave it off and not worry about watching the arrow.
