• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saw spyder at home show, but price seemed high

Well I traveled home this weekend down to Pittsfield Ma. and saw a Spyder at local mall on display. The dealer was taking part in the local home show. I think the spyder look awesome in person. The brochures don't do them justice. It was a yellow Spyder on display it had the touring windshield...

Got some good pics of the backrest

I agree with Bruce. This looks like its all one unit. The access. page states you have to purchase the rack in oder to install the backrest. Also I hope in the future they will have color options to match the spyders.

Re: Thanks, Marc (MDR)-Spyder brings a smile! :bigthumbsup:Marc thats looks like pretty awesome threesome. I think Jared should get 1 to 2 rides a week on your spyder as part of his treatment. Well done my freind.

    The touring windshield is useless

    8) I don't know if this will help or not, but here is some food for thought. I don't have a spider but the wife and I will be ordering an SE5 this spring. What we do have is plenty of northern winters riding sleds with medium height windshields in subzero temps. If you can find a windshield that...

Weather was too good to sit at home

    8) Now that the windshield is painted black, looks like it is just begging for a little graphics on it.

    Spyder Available in Black Too!!!!!

    8) I also like the black, but have seen other products flat black and man they show every piece of dust dirt whatever more than other colors. Now a gloss black would be pretty stealth!

    Now what am I doing?

    8) And you did this so you could say it could be done? On another side note how does that radio hook-up work on the handlebar where you have it? Are pretty weather resistant?

    Dealer question for you

Probably some of you couldn't relate to this but being up here in the north country my wife and I ride sleds (snowmobiles) for our winter recreation. The closest dealer was the one I purchased my first BRP snowmobile from and had a sour service experience and haven't been back since (4) years...

    Dealer question for you

Thanks Bruce and Lamont. I believe both these dealers are down at the show so it will be interesting to see how pumped they'll be when they get back. Seeing the pics from the 2009 show I'm pretty excited.

Spyder Now Available in RED ! ! !

I think the red is pretty sharp. Now add on the new solid black wheel covers they showed yesterday, and I think thats thrick. With hte shots from the 2009 show I noticed the backrest on the red spyder. It was silver. I hope you have the option to color match the backrest to your spyder. On a...

    Dealer question for you

I'm new to the site and want to say hello to all. My wife and I will be ordering a Spyder SE5 this summer, and would like your opinion. We have a Can-am dealer three miles from our house. They do not sell motorcycles, only atv's and sleds. There is a BRP dealership 40 miles away that also sells...
