• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Have Sena Evo 20S for rider/passenger intercom (works well when both on same bike as well as separate when I'm on the Virago) and bluetooth 1 each to our individual Android and iPhone for Pandora and Google Maps as needed. Very pleased with connectivity and sound quality, even with my earplugs in.

    Interesting article, Jeriatric... My chiro and acupuncturist recently recommended Glucosamine/Chondroitin with MSM and Fish Oil respectively and with similar regimens. I'll be making some purchases shortly.

    I agree, Peter! I had been working on 120 miles being my 'max range', and wanted to see how much further I could go. I admit the "clench" factor was in play :yikes: It was 90 or so today, and the temp gauge stayed at its usual 4 bars.

    I added about 1/2 quart at around 3000 miles. I had an oil change at 4600 miles. I added about 1/4 quart just recently around 6k miles. EDIT: On my 2016 ST-S...998 V-twin.

    I've seen the Ryker up close, and took a brief demo ride back in Feb. If I had both, I think I'd use the Ryker for the local/runabout ride you describe. But I'm sure it's capable of that and more.
