• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

3000 MILE SERVICE- TO DO OR NOT TO DO ???? That is the question.

July 15, 2021 To all the pros out there. I had my 600 mile service , which my dealer recommends( of course ) to make sure everything is functioning properly. I now have 2,000 miles on my S2S and asked them about the 3000 mile service, as to whether or not I need it already having...

    Found my trunk cover

July 15, 2021 I stopped by my Canam dealer ( East Coast Cycle Center ) and mentioned to my salesman that I thought the Sea to Sky came with a cover if you remove the trunk and backrest. He said " Yes, I found it and forgot to give it to you. It was all wrapped up and waiting for me...

How do you dress for a ride?

July 9, 2021 I must admit that I wear the same clothes as I would driving in my car in the summer. Short sleeve shirt, shorts and sneakers. Of course I hope that I have no accidents. I did notice that many of the cycle riders I see are wearing long shirts and jeans, which...

    Learn from my mistake!

July 9, 2021 I leave my frunk open when I hookup the battery tender, which is every time I come back from riding. When I disconnect the wire, I plug it into my Garmin GPS which I took from one of my cars.

    Flying high

July 8, 2021 There is was cruising along on a nice town road and all of a sudden I and my Spyder were airborne. I didn't notice the white paint on the blacktop indicating there was a speed bump coming up. Normally I see signs on the side of the road that will indicate such a bump. I...

    Road vibrations on 3 wheels

July 8, 2021 I have had 6 Goldwings. I started with the 1000cc back in the 70's. I had the 1200, 1500 & 1832cc. I also had a 2005 Honda Goldwing Lehman trike. That was fun and comfortable. I actually like my sea to sky the best. Ride on.

    Was I penny wise foolish?

July 8, 2021 When I went looking for a new Spyder a couple of months ago, I wasn't sure which model I wanted. I definitely want the touring type , even though I don't tour. I think the farthest I ever went was about 60 miles to Long Beach Island, NJ. The RT or RT Limited would have...

Checking Tire pressure- How often ?

July 1,2021 I want to thank everyone for their help. If I could bring the Spyder into the house for checking air, that would be fine. However, there aren't any door wide enough to get it into the house. LOL

What is the farthest miles you have gone in one day ?

July 1, 2021 I have gone 75 miles in one day. My lower back starts to give me some aches so I haven't taken any long trips yet. I only have 1900 miles on my S2S. Whether or not the driver back support will help, I will find out soon if I order one. Besides price, is there a big...

Checking Tire pressure- How often ?

July 1, 2021 I was checking my tire pressure every day until I got tired of doing it. I don't check my car tires every day or every week, so why should I have to check these more often ? Aren't they similar to car tires and car rims . They don't seem to lose air. How often do you check...

    Road vibrations on 3 wheels

June 30, 2021 I want to thank everyone for their feedback. I don't have any real problem with the riding. I just mentioned that the three wheelers just pick up more vibrations because of all three tires on 3 different surfaces. I love my S2S and will continue to enjoy it. Maybe they...

    Price per mile/km

I am paying about .09/mile based on $3.60/gallon of Premium and 40 MPG. However, I don't care about the gas prices or mpg. I just enjoy riding my S2S and will continue to do so for a long time, I hope. Motogordo. Fortunately I can afford the expenses.

    Road vibrations on 3 wheels

June 29, 2021 The one problem I have found with three wheelers is that they pick up every lump, bump and crack in the road as a form of vibration. The rear wheels picks up all the imperfections in the middle of the road and the two front wheels pick up every nook and cranny vibe on both...
