• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've used a Biker's Friend barrel bag. It worked well and served as a backrest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    F3S in South Germany

Thanks for the link. I sent it to him. He had the opportunity to spend a weekend with us a couple of years ago. We took him to a large church parking lot and let him drive my wife's Spyder. He had a blast!

    Corbin seat

Not really sure - haven't measured it for comparison. I do feel like I sit further back in it - haven't figured out if it's my imagination or reality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Teaser?

Nothing new. This is the text that Can An put on their Twitter feed with the same picture. Last week's picture was in a similar vein, I believe. @OfficialSpyder: No, it’s not a future Can-Am Spyder model. It’s actually a sketch from the past. #ThrowbackThursday http://t.co/XqzFH7isDE I think...

    F3 - Switch Bezel L/R open slots

I did the same thing. Just a word of caution for anyone else who does this - make sure that the installed plug will clear the items under the panel in your chosen location. There's plenty of room there, but there are a couple of things that will get in the way if you're not paying attention. I...

    Corbin seat

Now that you mention it... The front of my seat does sit a bit high, too. I don't notice it because of the tank bag. However, when I sit on the seat, the gap closes up quite a bit. Since the Corbin seat uses a couple of thin tangs to slide into the two slots, rather than something with some...

    Corbin seat

You can get a feel for the kind of gaps that I have with my Corbin from these pictures. Can't quite tell how this compares to yours. I never noticed if it was an excessive gap, so I'd say that what I've got didn't strike me as something much out of the ordinary. I have noticed that it was a...

    Need Help Swapping UFit Settings

After riding around with the stock configuration for several weeks because none of the area dealers had the brake linkages when I bought my F3, I did find the +2 linkage and moved the pegs forward. I did install the new bolts that came with the longer linkage. Six weeks or so later, in the...

    Corbin saddlebags

I ordered the bags the day they became available, earlier this week. No ship date or estimate, other than their standard lead time of 4 - 6 weeks. Based on that, I'm expecting them by the end of July. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Corbin saddlebags

In looking at the pictures on the Corbin website, the hand rails look to be fully functional. The upper inside edge of the bags appear to be chamfered to allow for hand clearance. I'll let you know for sure when mine come in... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    F3 HEAT GRIPS, YIKES

The heated grips come with lengthy harnesses attached. I installed them on my F3 - a tedious job... As mentioned, a lot of the tupperware comes off and you route the grip harnesses with the existing harness running down the handlebars, down into the interior of the Spyder and down to the lower...

    F3 brake pedal

Was the peg / brake pedal in the stock (middle) position and are you on the tall side? If so, the pegs can be adjusted forward, which should give you an entirely different leg / foot / brake pedal geometry. I'm 6' tall, and in the stock position, I had to lift my leg at the hip in order to use...

    Teaser?

On their Twitter feed yesterday, they indicated that it was a #throwbackthursday picture. I seem to recall seeing that in a collage of concepts leading up to the final design for the F3 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
