• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I finally got to see the red low-fuel warning light this weekend. The gas gauge was at the bottom of the red zone. I stopped about a mile after the light came on and pumped in 4.6 gallons. It looks like slightly under 5 gallons is the magic fill-up point when running on empty.

    No click, but mine produces a whirring noise when the brakes are applied. Again, the mechanic said it was normal due to the rotor. Interestingly, the other bikes that I have owned (Goldwing, Harleys, BMWs) appeared to have a similar rotor design but did not generate any noise.

    Today, at 147 miles, there was no warning light but the gas gauge was near the bottom of the red. To my surprise, I pumped in only 4.6 gallons. Most of those miles were on the Blue Ridge Parkway and not at typical highway speed or rpm.
