• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    TricLED 3rd/4th brake lights

I'm in the middle of installing the 3/4th brake lights from TricLED. Question: Each LED strip attaches permanently to one of two different body panels. The two LED strips are wired together and do not appear to be simple plug-and-play separable. Specifically, the two black ground wires are...

    Larger brake pedal

I found the BBP pad too wide, hogging too much of the footboard, so I cut off about 3/4" from the inner side and drilled/tapped two new holes. Cant tell it by looking at it, but it's mo bettah now.

    Tilting Reverse Trike

who? I've read a number of reports on handling improvements on irregular or slick surfaces the smaller leaning reverse trikes (Yamaha's Tri-City, Piaggi's MP3..) offer, while at the same time providing a seamless motorcycle-like ride on both urban and higher speed roads. Now that a larger...

    altimax rt 43 215/60/15

mounting this tire Just for grins, I checked out this tire on Amazon to see the reviews there. I found only one. To wit: "I bought this for the single back tire to a Can Am Spyder RT and it works very well. It was a little difficult to install due to the 1/2" narrower bead, but once on...

    Potential training class in Georgia

    Luggage Buddy

rear rack On our first long trip, since I didn't have any sort of a trailer and needed a place to carry my crutches and one small additional bag, we used a $120 version of this same idea. Smaller rack but it served our purposes. Never knew it was back there, loaded with maybe 20 lbs max...

changing from two wheels to three

changing to three (wheels) You've summed up my impressions so far quite well, and I'm glad to read I'm not the only one who genuinely misses the feel of dissecting a technical (twisty) road on a motorcycle, hitting each apex just right with only the slightest counter-steering input at the bars...

    Garmin Zumo 550

Zumo550 info Hi: I didn't receive with my new Zumo 550 a hard-copy manual, but I dug up an orange-labeled CD labeled "Owners' Manual" for this device. I have Bluetoothed various devices to that GPS over the years, so what you're attempting to do is most likely possible. From this manual...
