• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Sorry guys as I have been after BRP on this since Monday. :yikes: I called and after holding quite some time got through to Jonathan in Customer Service. After an hour or so asking him for the information (he really had no clue) he could only tell me the mounting holes in the rear speakers...

    I have been using Falken Ziex on my vehicles for years (Current on my Ford F-150 and Olds Intrigue) and they work well. Long wearing, handles water well, and are great in cornering! Anyone else used them on the Spyder?

    Always sad and senseless! I always try to use defensive/offensive driving both behind the wheel or the handlebars! While going down the road I try to be looking out ahead at least 5 - 6 cars forward and constantly checking rear. I salute those brothers or sisters killed! :doorag:

    I got the keys, spare tumbler lock for trailer, manual in the front trunk and the iPod and audio input cables along with the larger cover in the rear storage compartment. No other frills! :(

    I agree that the RT-S transmission is one of the best I have ever ridden. That goes for Honda's, Kawa's, and Yamaha's! Have yet to hit a false shift. :doorag:

    Opened mine up today on the Interstate and got to 95mph in fourth and she wanted to pull more. Once fully broken in I'll see what she can do...of course I was one up in the saddle, no trailer, and no junk in the trunk! :spyder:

    Wow, some of you guys are getting 35 & 40+ mpg. I am breaking my bike in the way I ryde - normal with some (not all) fast pull-offs, etc. I did same with my 2001 Honda Valkyrie Interstate and she runs pur-fect! :thumbup: I do a lot of country ridding so maybe the constant gas and go through...

    My bad Black RT-S was borned on (As they say here in Alabama ;)) 06-23-2010 @ 13:44:33 (glad it was after lunch on a Wednesday :shocked:), bought on July 29, 2010, and brand new in the crate and getting ready to turn over the first 600 miles! No other big butts on it but mine!:roflblack:
