• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Another BRP issue, looking for advice

I meant to post too but forgot. I received my data blockers (came as a package of two). Went foe an entire day ride and they worked perfectly. Kept the phone charged during use and allowed me to connect via Bluetooth for music and map directions. Thanks @kissfan for recommending them!

    S2S floorboard rubber mat loose?

I have a S2S and that's the way they're made. It's just a vibration dampening mechanism. When you remove the floorboard rubber at some point to install highway pegs you'll understand the looseness is intentional. Go to Lamonster garage and watch their highway peg video and that will explain...

Add a Ryker Rally to the stable?..

Well I took the first step today towards possibly becoming a Ryker Rally owner, I sold my Honda CT 125! Now to tell my wife what I’m thinking! If I never post again you’ll know what happened :roflblack:

Do you mind posting who you worked with at iMotorsports? I’ll be looking to purchase a BEST extended warranty in the near future too.

Add a Ryker Rally to the stable?..

As far as your post goes we are two peas in a pod. I’m toying with the idea of adding a Ryker Rally to my stable, but don’t want to give up the RTL either. Afraid to mention the idea to my wife :roflblack: I bought a 2021 Honda CT 125 to ride dirt and gravel roads since it needs to be light for...

Another BRP issue, looking for advice

That sounds perfect, I’m going to order and give it a try. Thanks for posting I had no idea such things existed and trying to find a non data cable was also fruitless so far.

Another BRP issue, looking for advice

I’ve done much like you and deleted the BRP app from my phone but it still does not play nice. I have started letting the phone connect thru Bluetooth only and that works better but still unable to listen to FM radio on the Spyder and also hear Bluetooth map directions at the same time. If you...

Checking tire pressure - Not a big problem anymore.

I am using the FOBO2 system and they fit on the OEM (2021 RT S2S) valve stems no problem. This is my first experience with Bluetooth TPMS and I really like them.

    Newbie Question about handling

I strongly agree with those that say put a thousand miles on it before making changes because by the time you get those miles on it you will feel much, much more comfortable on it. I would the following too: 1. The manual states no more than .5 lbs difference between left and right tires so air...

What are you paying for insurance? Who are you insured with?

Agree and to add to that the term “full coverage” is so vague it’s meaningless in terms of making any kind of comparison with some one else’s coverage/premium cost.

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

To those that remember earlier in this thread I was hesitant to try to go thru Yellowstone to get to Beartooth Pass. We’ll At the entrance my worries we’re coming true, but after just a few miles into the park traffic began to spread out and it was a great ride. Im so glad I took the Yellowstone...

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

I can’t get over that we just crossed paths in the middle of nowhere. Was nice to meet you and your wife. Wish we’d have had more time to visit.

How do you dress for a ride?

The thing about this topic is there is no absolute right or wrong answer, it all boils down to your own personal risk assessment and tolerance. I have gotten way more relaxed concerning ATGATT since moving to the Spyder which frankly still surprises myself about myself as I have always been...

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

I might be in a pickle if that's the case! Last time I was in the area camping was 2014 when I rode the Continental Divide Trail and we tent camped the entire way and there were plenty of bear warning signs. Have camping rules changed since 2014? I was more worried about finding a campground...

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

That's a good question that I don't have an answer for at the moment. I may just start looking on various apps around noon (assumes I'll have cell service) since I have no idea where on my route I'll be near sundown as there are too many variables. I'm definitely open to suggestions.

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

OK, I really would like to ride Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph Highway as both are on my bucket list. I'm thinking take Hwy 20 from Idaho Falls to West Yellowstone, then 191/89 to 212. Maybe stop short of Red Lodge and turn around and ride back to the start of 296 (Chief Joseph) ride all of...

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

My planned riding days are the 14th and 15th and possibly the 16th. If you see a Sea to Sky with an Oklahoma plate it will be me.

Where to ride near Idaho Falls

Hey thanks for the updated info, I quickly mapped all three routes and all look good to me. If I have time I’ll ride all three.
