• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do Waterless Washes work, or scratch the paint? eg. Buglside, etc.

Waterless is all the rage right now. I say hogwash (see what I did there). Anyway, just wash your Spyder like you have always washed everything else. On top of that today's paints are so soft they scratch much easier than in the past. The Spyder has incredibly soft paint. Don't leave bugs on...

Do I need a black backing plate when replacing brake pads?

I use brake grease (quiet) even if I do have the plates. Put it everywhere there is metal on metal contact.

Are Can Am OEM Covers worth it vs After-Market Covers?

My UltraGard works just fine. But I don't use it for inclement weather. It is just a sun/dust protector while at work. I own both the half and full cover.
