• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyderquest 2023 scheduled for September 6-10, in Queensbury NY.

Try not to book the Days Inn in Queensburry!! The reviews are really bad!!! Check the reviews before you book, I didn't, so now I am going to look for a better place to stay.

Anyone else a loner and not a group rider?

The group I used to ride with stopped riding slowly (illness, and lost interest or moved) I used to ride with 2 up on my Harley with the wife . But ever since the grand kids were born and I bought the Can Am Spyder , she longer wants to ride. So I am now a solo rider. Every year I take a...

Once again, BRP didn't show up for Daytona Bike Week!!

If I am not mistaken, the 2021 and 2022 RTs the colors were limited and most were sold. In New Jersey when I was looking last year to by a Spyder I had a hard time finding a new one and the used 2020 and 2021 RTs at the dealers, they were trying to sell them 2k more then a new one. When I...

Call out Video to Can Am On Road

There were some valid points in the video, But not all boomers ride at 20 mph. If you think BRP prices are too high, I was at the Ford dealer getting my work van serviced , they had a 2022 Bronco 20K over list. That is insane, anyone who buys that is an idiot.

Doing my first Iron Butt tonight!

Be Safe When I rode my RT back from Alabama, I had a coke with chips instead of French fries to help keep me awake. Take something for pain before you ride, and drink a little water to stay hydrated.

2020 RTL - thoughts from the first 200 miles

Chiefburg you will find you can ride longer and farther on you new RTL. Have fun with it. Blacklighting I am jealous. The weather up here too cold for me to do an Iron Butt. I hope to do one this May. I could only do about 700 miles when I had my 2017 F3 LTD but, with my 2021 RT I am...

What’s your best memory/story (so far) with your Spyder/Ryker ??

When I bought my 2021 RT from a person in Talladega Alabama the day before Fathers day. I flew out there from NJ and He picked me up at the airport. He let me use his plate so I could drive the Spyder back home to New Jersey. On the drive back I stopped in Maryland to see my son and have...

    Need details/advice about F4 windshields?

I had a 23 inch F4 with a vent(not tinted) and the side wings from F4 on my 2017 F3 LTD. And added the Baker air wings (upper and Lower) I am 5' 6'' and I got no buffeting and it blocked most of the rain and wind . I can't say anything about a passanger because I ride alone.

Where are the Customer ACC Circuits? If any on 2017 RTS?

My 2017 F3 LTD had 3 One by the battery , another under the passenger seat and if I remember on the left side (near where your knee would be) You would think if they did it for the F3 they would have done it for the RT's.

Bad starting on my '22 RTL - any ideas?

I was told that the high test fuels have additives to help stablize the fuels for longer periods of time. Ethanol after a while gums up the fuel system. So if you are not going to ride for a while, I would suggest putting in 91 octane in or higher and a fuel stabilizer. Seafoam is good to run...

Question for the RT owners - what's a mint '19 RTL worth?

If it were me, I would offer between 17k no higher then 18K. The reasons: You will need to replace the tires soon (check the date of the tires) You will most likely need a battery real soon. You would need to get the oil changed. And you may have rust in the tank and old gas in the tank...

F3 Ltd vs RT Ltd - does one feel less heat than the other?

I had a 2017 F3 LTD I now have a 2021 RT On my 2017 F3 LTD I never felt any heat from the F3 , even in bumper to bumper traffic with a temp of 102 . I felt the heat from the Black top. On the 2021 RT no heat from the RT at all.

Your experience/thoughts on Spyder vs Other Trikes?

I had a 2017 F3 LTD for 3 years (loved it) Sold it and bought a Harley Freewheeler (Hated it ) I did not like the way it rode, I could not get rid of the buffeting, and I did not like shifting it, Sold it 6 months later and bought a 21 RT base in Alabama and rode it home to NJ.
