• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Unexpected compliment

Yesterday I was stopped at a light. A car pulled up next to me on the right hand side and the driver rolled down her window. There sat the prototype grandmother flowered dress, white hair teased up, specs on the bridge of her nose, and the sweetest smile. She looks at my Spyder and remarks...

    Hwy 9 Ryde Update

Debbi and I are looking forward to the ryde this Saturday. For those coming from the Peninsula we will meet at the park & ride just under the overpass at Woodside and 280. Corbin Seat on an RT

Anyone out there changed thier stock seat on the RT for a Corbin Custom? I'm tall at 6'4" so the angle of the bend in my knee is a little uncomfortable on longer rydes. (I've had my ryde for a year so I've had plenty of time to adjust to the position.) Since I'm planning some long rydes this...

    Rear Shock Question

I just had the 3000 mi oil change/check up on my RT-AC. The dealer told me my rear shock was defective. He demonstrated how my spyder 'clunked' on the upstroke when the rear was forced down and then released. He did the same to a new 2011 RT. The rebound was smooth and withiout any sudden...

    Special License?

My understanding is that our spyders do not require a M1 license in California. Can anyone tell me the specific DMV code that pertains to our spyders concerning this issue? The question has come up several times as of late. The dealer assured me that no special license was needed but now I...

Just parked my new Tansformer...I mean RT in the garage

I've had my new RT AC SE5 for three days. More than once children have pointed at it and told their parents...Look! A Tansformer. Several teenagers have taken photos with their cell phones. Not only I'm I enjoying getting used to my new ryde turning around town but so are the kids. So far no...
