• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    HELP! License Plate Relocation

More complexity I located the wire that feeds the stock plate lamp. It's on the right side and is clamped to the swingarm. The hole that the fender bolts on to can be used for the license plate bracket without a problem. The issue is that the stock light wire is long enough to reach the middle...

    HELP! License Plate Relocation

I love my F3-S but I am not a big fan of the stock rear tire fender. I see that Yves (BAM) did an amazing job with his modification but I fear that I'm not that mechanically inclined. I'd like a side (chopper style) license plate mount but my problem is with the light. Florida requires that...

Funny Smell Thanks Mike! I'm Mike too. Yeah, definitely taking my time getting used to this beast. Practicing in the neighborhood mostly. It has a total of 4 miles on it so far. There is a burning smell. I'm wondering if that is just the "new" smell ?

    Picked er' up Today!

Thanks Den1953! I agree with you regarding the foot peg position. I'm 6'0 tall and the stock position creates more leg bend than I'd prefer.

Thanks! I think my first farkle will be a moving the license plate position. I like what BAM did with his. I remove the rear tire fender and place the license plate at the base of the swingarm. Chopper style.

    Picked er' up Today!

After months of waiting and constant trollingthe F3-S forum, I'm happy to say that I'm finally a member of the ranks. Took ownership of 2015 Spyder F3-S SE today from Tampa Bay Powersports! First time on anything other than 4 wheels so, I'm sure I will have plenty of questions. Looking forward...
