• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    New flooring

3 layers of old flooring was HARD to remove. New flooring looks good. I never want to do that again. No Spyder riding till the job is done (just the trim and re-installing the washer/dryer left).

Can anyone post pics, and close-ups, of their installation of Wind Deflectors 38036-219400164?

I rather like the adjustable deflectors (like above) on my 2014 RTS. They look stock, "Simply adjust them to reroute air flow". Not a fan of the looks of the Bakers. Will NOT fit any of the newer models...

Totally bonkers 'Miles to empty' on 2020+ Spyder - can it be fixed?

.Well, I get 39 to 41 MPG depending on how frisky I want to be. This is with a Stage 1 ECU flash, intake, and exhaust mods. No fancy DTE on my 2014 RTS, but my 79-year-old unpadded butt is planning to stop for fuel well before the gauge is reading anywhere near empty (which it never has).

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Yesterday I added a flasher module to the high mount brake light on my 2014 RTS. It certainly is eye catching.

Are there any decent Sun covers for when Spyders are parked?

Thank goodness my wife and riding partner of many years can use a sewing machine. An old towel and some Velcro, instant sun cover...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Had a GREAT ryde with my best friend, wife, and ryding partner of 40+ years to Walker Burger going over Monitor Pass. Perfect weather, vistas of many, many miles and good food in a garden. Feeling sorry for the much of the country with the heavy smoke along the Northern tier and the flooding...

Is my Air bag leveling? Any way to make it more noticeable when adjusting the ride height?

Went manual years ago when the compressor failed on my 2014 RTS due to leaks in a swivel joint. Check it 2 or 3 times a season.

My favorite little sandwich/coffee shop in Markleville has Closed???

My favorite little sandwich/coffee shop in Markleville has closed. Served a superior bagel and lox meal for a reasonable price. Had a good meal across the street though. Perfect riding weather with perfect company.....

Cat delete, is it worth the money

Along with intake mods and a Stage 1 ECU, a cat delete (fully wrapped), make for a Spyder that scoots pretty good. Every little bit helps. The weight loss and lower heat are also good. There's a small difference in sound volume.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I think it's a good idea to " bed" in new brakes. I did on a very recent brake job and now the brakes work exceptionally well......

What did you do to your Spyder today?

. Finished and bedded in the new brakes on the 2014 RTS. Taking a ryde to Grayeagle for lunch tomorrow. After the bedding in, the bike stops even better...........

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Completed the brake pad replacement in my 2014 RTS. Struggled a bit to get the rear caliper back in place but got it. Now to get the bike off the jack stands and bed in the new pads. That's after weed-wacking the property for a couple of hours in the cool of the morning. Great instructions...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

How many miles do I have on my Spyder? About 48,000. Second set of fronts, first rear pads. Low milage because I also ride around on a poor, old, slow Yamaha V-Max...

Anyone going back and forth from their Spyder to a motorcycle?

I still ride the poor, old, slow V-Max. No problem with the counter steering as the muscle memory is well ingrained. I'll be 79 in a couple of months. V-Boost is a kick...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Ryding to Genoa today for lunch. That's Genoa, Nv., not the Genoa in Italy.;) Did all the pre ryde checks yesterday and found my high mount brake light didn't work. One of the wirers had broken at the trunk lid. repaired both wires and cushioned them well.

Do I just keep pumping with Speed Bleeders until the line fills up?

I love Speed Bleeders. I draw out old fluid from the reservoir, top up, and pump as instructed. You can purchase online a small one-way valve to fit to the hose that does the same job as the Speed Bleeders.
