• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Love it. I also did 200 miles on my two wheeler yesterday? But it was up in your area, lol.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Did you take off the caliper? I’m gonna try next time without taking it off. Seems to me you could wiggle it out…

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Picked up some Velcro straps. Wow! No more stuffing jackets or chaps into the side load bags only to have them self eject when you open them again. -

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I replaced the rear tire. Easy. A 2x4 and a block to break the beads, a couple of spoons, and a cut up laundry soap jug to protect the wheel. It comes right off. A 170 mile road test and a *** mph tire balance test (I used beads). All good. It was a brisk 42 degree day. 🥶 I put that new Kenda...

Seeking Honest Feedback on Russell Daylong Custom Seats

Close to 700 miles on mine in three consecutive days. At 600 miles, my right sit bone pain was annoying me, so I tossed on an Airhawk with very little air. That made the last 100 miles wonderful. I really want to ride sans any stupid looking pad. Today is day 4. I’ll start out without the pad...

    New Russell Daylong saddle installed

Burned thru a rear tire since August hahahaha Oil lasts longer than the rear tire. I don’t wait for 9k on the oil, tho.

    New Russell Daylong saddle installed

I’m up to 460 miles. Definitely an improvement and I can see why people rave about them. Still some tailbone and sit bone pain (mainly the right sit bone) but it’s definitely better. Try to toss on another 200 tomorrow, but I have to take the wife to the Dr. This time of year I like to be home...

    New Russell Daylong saddle installed

I put on a new saddle yesterday. We had ten inches of snow on Sunday/Monday. Wasn’t sure I would get a chance to ride. It was 34 degrees this am but got up to 52 degrees. I dressed warm and headed out around 8am. The seat is very firm. Firmer than I would have liked. I had discussed tail...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Put in the new leather Russell Daylong saddle and headed out in 34 degree weather after ten inches of snow two days ago. I can’t say I have ridden two days after firing up the snowblower 😃 The seat is very firm. I am hoping for an improved. I was “surviving “ with the stock seat and the Airhawk

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Headed out at 40 degrees today 🥶 It got up to 55°. Kettle Morain up to Oconomowoc for lunch. Waiting on my seat from Russel Daylong. Shipped to me yesterday. Looks comfy. I sure hope so! 😃

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

Thanks for the insight. It’s just a pipe dream, and my wife would probably kill me if I came home with one. I am used to the rear brake for slow speed maneuvering. I went from a couple of HD touring bikes to my 2021 RTL Spyder. 😃

Nobody wants a third wheel - except when the backroads are littered with fallen leaves!

Does anybody enjoy having a third wheel hang around? I’ll tell ya, heading out in a crisp 39 degree Fall day with the backroads littered with fallen leaves, I sure didn’t mind having a 3rd wheel🤣
