• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2021 RT Limited riding 2-up, scales show 800 lbs on front wheels, 600 lbs on back, but Air compressor never turns on for ACS - anyone else?

Have you checked to male sure the lever/arm for the ACS Height/Ride levelling sensor is actually connected to the swing arm??

Many of those get missed being bolted up/connected at assembly, and many others come undone/lose the bolt some time down track for a wide variety of reasons; but if that sensor is not connected to the swing arm, either your compressor won't ever stop running, or it'll never run!! 😣

And another possibility is that the air bag is empty/has lost all its air - if this is the case, for whatever reason, the compressor may not run at all unless you manually put SOME air into the bag; if it is this issue, it usually takes manually adding about 10-15 psi thru the schraeder valve under the seat.

So if you've checked the swing arm/height sensor lever and it IS connected, trying adding some air manually might be worth a shot?! :sneaky:. Or you can just bite the bullet, don't waste any more time on the frequently problematic ACS that's likely to give you ongoing trouble regardless of what the issue is right now/this time around, and simply convert it to a manual fill ai bag right now by connecting the schraeder valve directly to the top of the air bag and manually manage the pressure from here on in. The chances are pretty high that you'll at least be considering doing this doon enough anyway! 😖

I agree with Peter, and one more thing, when you're doing all of these weight checks and say the pump's not working, are you doing it in gear with the motor running? The pump will not engage without the bike being in gear on the fly! Have you check to see if there's any air in the bag at all? My thoughts are that you have join the crapped-out pump club; and if that's true, do yourself a big favor, dump the pump, and go manual fill!

Another thing. The compressor only works when a different load is sensed. So if you have approximately the same load each time, it should not activate. If you're going from solo to rider and passenger, then the compressor should activate.
