• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

27 degrees, a great day for a ride!

Took the RT to a local RV dealer today, wanted to check out a new left over toy hauler. It was 27 degrees when I left and 32 when I got home. Wore the First Gear suit over jeans and a sweatshirt, and had my normal composite toe work boots and some thinsulate gloves as well. I had to turn the grip warmers off, way too hot even in the low switch position. Opened the helmet visor a bit and opened the helmet vents to get some cooling. The RT windshield really does a nice job of blocking the cold air, and the first gear suit is especially warm (Thanks again Ron!). Turned out to be a great day for a ride (and a great price on the RV). Got home and put Scootie away, and there was a dusting of snow on the ground 1 hr later.

Has been a great couple of days, sold the Harley and the 87 GLHS (Shelby Dodge) project yesterday, have a couple of RV dealers competing with each other on price (one 2012, one 2013), and actually got a couple tasks off the honey-do list!
Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket....nah.

Any RVers have experience with Montana RVs? Really nice inside, arched ceiling with ceiling fan, wife says she can live in it! It has a 3/4 width garage door, 66 inches so the RT fits through the door (more room inside) with 2 inches to spare on each side. The living space is the big deal for us as we plan to retire and travel in a few years, as long as Scootie fits in the garage its good.
