I demo'd an RS a few months ago and was not impressed, In fact I was looking forward to the ride being over.
Last weekend I jumped on the Goldwing and went out to Mid Ohio and demo'd a RT. A much BETTER experience. About halfway through the ride I finally figured it out, you do countersteer just with the wrong hand. It may sound strange but going from 2 wheels to 3 it worked wonders. I also took an manual model it as 1 less thing for me to think about.
If someone is thinking about moving from the 2 wheelers keep that in mind. trying to go from 2 to 3 wheels, not put your feet down,no hand brake and a auto trans is sensory overload.
The only downside I found was the lack of power compared to the wing and I was looking hard for that front brake lever.
So now I'm just waiting on spring to spend some money
