• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I went to hook up a battery tender, easy job right?:dontknow: so I attach the pos+ wire no problem, the neg- post looked easy, out in the open, trying to loosen it came up a little then the bolt kept turning as if it were stripped and it won't thghten down again. My guess is it's stripped. Now what? Did any one else have a problem?:banghead:

its not stripped - theres a nut behind it. I believe you will have to pull panels off to get to it and tighten it back up. Go straight to the battery with the tender leads -not the visable bolts. It taks longer buts its easier

You have been victimized by the BRP designers who thought that they would make jumping your battery easier with remote terminals, but make it harder to install a pigtail for a charger.

What do you mean go stright to battery?,are their other posts to connect to,once I take off the panels?

thanks for your help richie

take the back left panel off and connect directly to the battery itself instead of the "remote" terminals under the seat
