Since there are several different GPS units .... what one do you have ? All of my TACKFORM units are the best on the market
all are Billet Aluminum, machined and anodized the springs are stainless steel.

I used the handlebar mount that came with the Zumo XT. Works fine. I added the lock from Tour Tech to make sure it would not pop off and to discourage anyone from taking it.

I used an adjustable base and top clamp from Lamonster and the locking unit from touratech to hold the XT. Fits nicely on the helibars and it's very secure.

I have an old Garmin with a removable ball mount adapter. That one is nice KAMJAM, Looks universal for any size.

Thanks Rick, It's actually a dedicated model for the XT. Touratech does make them for other models, they even make them with vibration reduction systems, we had them on our KLR's... thumpers vibrate a bit!

Just for the heck of it, I just used the dash/window suction cup mount onto the dash box lid, and it seems to work fine !
