bump skid wiring

Can someone please take a picture of where the plug for skid plugs into please. I was given a skid but no wiring or plugs.

The wiring comes out on the RH side at the rear of the skid... Run it up through the bodywork to the upper A-arm, and then over to the wiring that lights up your front fender marker light...Easy-Peasey! :thumbup:

Still searching for the right wires. Every time I hook up to something and turn signal flashes so does the skid lights????????????? :banghead: Maybe wire colors will help? What am I doing wrong?

Every time I temporarily hook them up there the skid starts flashing along with the turn signals.

Yes. I have the orange strips and the white light blinkers.

Is the little light at the very front of your fender also blinking, when your signals are on? :dontknow:

Yes they blink also. I might have to go up where the headlight wiring is.:banghead::dontknow:

Sorry for the confusion: I hadn't figured on all of the additional blinking lights on your bike: what else do you have that doesn't blink?

Headlights and fog lights. Ill try to pick up the headlight circuit.

As you mentioned: the Foglights are also a viable option, and easier to get to! :thumbup:

Gotem all hooked up. Just as you said. Fog lites were the easiest to get to.
