• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cat bypass

I had a svc. mgr. tell me if I did a cat bypass it would change the amount of back pressure, and the timing and fuel mixture would essentially have to be changed to compensate.
Is he right?

yes it will change some thing.... but ALL SPYD3Rs are controlled by 'electronics'... this little computer reads engine functions a thousand times per second (i'm sure i'm wrong on that number, could be more or less), and will adjust your air-fuel mixture accordingly... hundreds of us have done the 'by-pass' with little to no effects on function of the engine...
your call, do what you think is right for you...

I think it's because your adapting/adjusting/negating part of the emissions equipment required by law (or so I heard a lawyer say 1 time:joke:)
If your state does'nt do emission inspections, go for it:thumbup:, it's ur :ani29:
