There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Here is the information for the Autism charity ride the is put on by H&K. This will be my 4th year doing this ride and I love doing it. The 3 laps on the track are always fun. I know some have asked about just going to pocono raceway and riding on the track without doing the ride. I was told last year that as long as you pay the registration and sign the waver when you get to the track that you are aloud to do it. I would suggest if thats what you want to do give Pam a call her info is on the form.

With over 500 bikes I believe last year the turn outs have been great so far. They normally split the group in half depend on how many bikes they have. So there are normally a lot of bikes on the track at one time. But I still some how am able to get the spyder to over 100 and one year up to 120. So much fun great group of people to ride with over a nice area of PA. Its a self blocking except for major roads where they bring out the big trucks. Good food and they also have 50/50 raffles( I believe most of the winners donate most of their winnings right back to the charity). They also have plenty of door prizes and t shirts as well.

I'm trying to convince the Missus that it'd be a great anniversary present for her to give to me...
(We'll reach 31 years on August 27th...)

Count us in!

Sharon wanted to tow the camper somewere? for the holiday weekend and when I told her about this event she immediately changed her mind.

I asked that of Pam last year because Ron was thinking of doing that last year. She told me as long as you pay the registration fee and sign the waiver it should be fine. I would contact her with the above email or phone number to verify it is still ok this year.

should be there!!

wasn't able to make it last years because of work but all looks good for this year ,hope to see you guys there

If any body lives too far away and wants a place closer to crash at. Just let me know.... This charity and ride are worth anything you can do. :doorag:

525 bikes on this ride today! I believe we only saw 5 Spyders (including us), sure would of liked to seen more. I was in group #2 on the way up, our group got separated when someone drove off the road and dumped it. We stopped for a couple of minutes. Those involved looked ot be ok. We lost the front of the pack but made it there a few minutes behind them.

I managed to top out at 107MPH on the back stretch riding 2 up. That was by the speedo GPS would have probably been about 105. TOOOO many bikes on the track had too slow down way to much in the corners.

Either way great time and for a good cause. I will do this again next year. Thanks for sharing Phantom888. I would not of known about it otherwise.

We would have loved to make this ride. It would be easy if we still lived in Bethlehem, but our work schedules made it impossible this year.
Next year will be a different situation.

The whole day was a great experience. The ride on the way to the track was an amazing logistical feat. 92 miles with no stops was impressive. Then at Pocono Raceway, the anticipation started building till we were able to get on the track. I didn't set any speed records, but i can't put into words how thrilling it was to go around 3 laps.
