• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seriously???? In our part of the real world, the firechief or ranking fire officer on the scene is the incident commander. The LEOs are in charge of traffic and investigating the accident. We park our trucks in basically the same manner. That is access and personnel protection.

I want to add this disclaimer: I am not against law enforcement officers. I have worked with some of the best and some not so good. I thought this was a bit off center though. I can tell some stories.

I read up on this one and to me it seems that the incident should not have happened. Do we have a "hot dog" Leo on the rampage here?

 Ths seems really odd, and very out of character...
Has anybody tried to confirm that this is exactly what happened? :dontknow:

totally wrong especially at a wreck scene! It should be handled after the call by supervisors from each side! We work very well with our counterparts.

I believe this happened before and the officer/dept were held liable!

First, this should never of happened.

Second, it's strange that they name the Fireman put in cuffs, but don't name the LEO with his panties in a bunch.

:dontknow:

This was posted on FB and is apparently a real incident. The story on there was the firefighter was treating a injured person as well before being arrested.

This particular CHP needs a four month trip back through the high-stress intense physical training academy. I bet he couldn't graduate a second time.
