• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does a Handlebar Riser exist for a 2012 RTS?

Hello! First post.

Does a handlebar riser exist for the 2012 RTS? I’m 6‘0“ tall and I want the handlebars further back. I bought one of those gel seat cushions and now I’m leaning forward.

I installed those floating highway pegs so I can stretch out a little. I also have a seat that doesn’t have a slot for the rider back rest and my lower back gets uncomfortable because I’m slouching when using the gel seat cushion. Is there anything I can do to make the ride more comfortable or should I just shop for a new Spyder? I’m rather fond of the tricycle that I have right now.

https://utpr.com/ Utopia makes backrests for the Spyder. You might want to contact them and see if they still make backrests for the 2012 RT. In 2013, I bought one from them for my 2013 RT Limited. I would think the backrest itself would be very similar, just the mounting bracket would be different. On that generation seat, you have to cut the seat to install it. Other than the thought of cutting your seat, the install was very easy. Also, finding aftermarket parts for an almost 14 year old Spyder might prove to be a little difficult.
