• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ECO mode Arrow seems to be backwards - any ideas? Could you try to see if this happens on your 2025 S2S too?

I have a 2025 Sea to Sky Spyder. The last time I took a ride, I had the radio menu open, which splits the screen. I was looking at the gear selection indicator and noticed I had an orange upshift arrow above the gear number. The Spyder was in normal mode. From what I have read, this arrow should only appear when it is in ECO mode. I then put the bike in ECO mode and the shift arrow was not there. It seems that it's backwards to me. The bike does feel like its a little slower to accelerate when it's in normal mode. I don't know if you can tell the difference when you accelerate in the different modes. Anyone have any ideas, or maybe someone could try this on their Spyder and see if it happens? Thanks!

It sounds to me like YOU'VE got it backwards, not the Spyder!! If it's noticeably slower to accelerate, then most likely, that'll be when it's in ECO mode - at least, that's been the case with every Spyder with that feature that I've ever ridden is anything to go by (and there's been a few!)

Selecting ECO Mode WILL reduce the impact of any throttle input somewhat, so it'll be noticeably slower to accelerate, and it'll show the arrow - 'Normal' Mode does neither. Are you sure you aren't mixing up when it's selected with when it's not??

Mine does not do that. Have you checked to see if you are on the latest firmware? There was a "mandatory" firmware flash file issued a few weeks ago for the touchscreen. It was supposed to finally fix the Apple Carplay issues, but there were also some other changes. Have it hooked up to BUDS2 and checked/updated.

I believe I know the difference between Normal and ECO mode when its selected on the bike. But thanks.

Thanks! I updated the software and it took care of the issue.
